I love this boot camp! Meaghan, the owner, makes sure we get the best workout and makes modifications easy for those that are just starting. Her medical knowledge and dedication to keeping fit, ensure that you get the most out of each session. With a mixture of weights, balance and cardio training, she leaves me feeling great for the day ahead. As a middle aged woman I feel comfortable with the pace and am super happy I took the first step and joined her classes. Definitely recommend that you give it a try!

I absolutely love this bootcamp ! Meaghan is a very knowledgeable and motivating trainer. And age is not a factor. I am closing in on 71 and always feel better after each workout. If an exercise is a little difficult for me we just modify it to my ability. Please do yourself a favor and come be a part of Denver Fitness Boot Camp !

Meaghan is such a fun and motivational fitness coach! She really pushes you and is always changing up the work outs so it never gets boring. I always work up a good sweat at her boot camps! Highly recommend.
