Our training team has more than 20 years of experience in providing custom exercise and diet programs. In 2011, we joined together to form DENVER FITNESS BOOT CAMP. Our goal is to provide an environment that enables any individual to achieve their fitness goals, without overburdening their joints or discouraging them from completing their exercise plan.
Our chief personal trainer, Meaghan, is a medical doctor who is well-versed in combining safety measures with education to ensure that our clients get the most out of their exercise experience. After the original owners of DENVER FITNESS BOOT CAMP decided they loved the changes she brought to the company, they offered her ownership. Under her stewardship, our company has grown to become the welcoming and supportive place for growth in physical fitness that it is today.
